Based on the latest technologies, AMAP-ADS provides maximised protection for military operations. AMAP-ADS destroys threats before they reach their target. The AMAP-ADS performance level and its deployment in a wide range of scenarios are the result of a number of system advantages including leading edge opto-electronic threat determination and interception technology.

AMAP-ADS main features:

 

• AMAP-ADS architecture comprises an alternating set-up of Sensors and Countermeasures installed as a distributed system. AMAP-ADS is thereby highly modular and redundant.
• AMAP-ADS is the Urban Warfare System. AMAP-ADS is the one and only known system that can defeat any threat which is launched from closer than 10-15m.This is achieved by a Micro-Second System which works with ultra short System Reaction Time (SRT).
• AMAP-ADS is a full-spectrum active defence system, which defeats a broad range of existing and future direct fire threats such as RPGs, Anti Tank Guided Missiles, KE projectiles and IEDs.
• The AMAP-ADS Countermeasure energy is focused and fragment free thereby restricting any collateral damage to an extremely low level.
